Orders
Orders can be placed via the web store or by e-mail. You automatically agree to our terms and conditions. If you order via email, you will receive a confirmation by email with the payment instructions. Orders are made and sent as soon as payment is received. The shipment is handled by postNL or DHL. The shipping costs are passed on to you in advance and must be paid by you (in advance).
Prices
The prices on the websites of Oudetennisballen.com are the current prices (typing errors below for retention). If the prices on the site contain writing errors, no rights can be derived from it. All prices include 21% VAT but excluding shipping costs, these are listed separately with your order.
Delivery
Oldtennisballs.com determines the tyoe of transport and the carrier. If you have special transport wishes (insured or another carrier), the extra costs will be for your account. Oldtennisballs.com processes the order with due speed. In the event of a delay, you will receive a message about this as soon as possible. You then have the right to cancel your order at no cost. If that cancellation does not take place within a week after the sending date of our message, you will be deemed to have agreed to the delay. After cancellation you will receive the costs already paid back.
If the delivery of an item for any reason turns out to be impossible, Oldtennisball.com will attempt to deliver a similar item in consultation with you.
Shipping
Your order will be sent by PostNL or DHL. We are not responsible for any delayed by the carier. Costs that must be incurred for resending a product due to an incorrectly specified address or because a package could not be delivered, will be borne by the buyer. The package will not be sent again until we have received the shipping costs.

A tennis ball is made for tennis. oldtennisball.com is not legally liable for damage or injury if a tennis ball is used for other purposes.
Pick-up order
When completing your order, you have indicated that you will come to pick up the tennis balls from our home address in 's-Hertogenbosch, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours.
Payment
You must pay the total amount of your order in advance, including the calculated shipping costs.
Reflection time and right of return of the articles
You have the right to return the articles delivered by Oldtennisballs.com within 14 working days, after receiving all articles of your order, in the original condition and original packaging, stating the reason for return.
If the items are not used and have been correctly and correctly returned, Oudetennisballen.com will refund the price paid, including the shipping costs of the shipment, as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the goods have been received back.
If the articles delivered by Oudetennisballen.com are not returned within the "trial period" of 14 days, returns are no longer possible.
